Coachella is a three-day annual music and arts festival held in the Coachella Valley in California. It was founded in 1999 by Paul Tollett, right after the disastrous '99 Woodstock. The lucky people who are able to attend this fest are exposed to many great genres of music, including rock, indie, hip hop, and electronic dance music, as well as to suggestive art installations and sculptures. Everyone who attends Coachella wears his or her "festival look", that is usually a mix of country, 70s, and bohemian styles. People create their looks days before the event because they are such a big deal, as they are part of the whole festival environment. So, if I were at Coachella, I would wear something simple like this. I love the combination of lilac, black and gold. The backpack is of course one important touch for festival life. Wish I was really there, but hey I am only 20 and I have many years ahead of me. Who knows what will happen in a few years...
