Stress, stress, stress... How can one even describe stress? Stress is a constant in our lives that cannot be expressed. All we know about stress is: it is a state of mind to which everyone is subjected to at least once in a life time. When I think about stress, I think about negativity, mood swings, conflicts, and aversion. What I definitely don't think of is being POSITIVE. When I say to be positive, I do not mean: "I will try to convince myself that it will all be OK." This is underestimating the meaning of such action.
Being positive means thinking about positive outcomes, acting in a positive way, feeling positive about surroundings, eating the favorite food, doing the favorite things, talking to the favorite people or just being nice to other people to receive a smile in return. Have you ever gone for a walk and all of a sudden felt a lot better? I have, and being positive is based on the same principle. Being positive means turning every component of your life into something that could give you small but necessary accomplishments, like a smile from a random person (positive vibes that turn into energy!!!). An old saying states "Smile, because life will smile back at you." It is not a joke: when you are the source of your own energy, no one can stop you except from your self. When you are stressed, energy is your only medicine. Stress puts you in front of hard decisions and very intense periods and all you can do is act and react. With your positive energy, this should be easier and sometimes reactions could lead to new ideas and solutions. These ideas may be the turning point in your life, you never know! My blog grew out of my stress and now I realize it is one of the best things I have done in a while. Now, how hard is it to be positive in a stressful period? Very, but it is worth a try. Do not ever give up!
Coming to today's post, I wore a total white look in Alberobello, a town near my city. I wore my mom's vintage pants with a white crop top. I think it turned out really well. I hope you all enjoy!
